Our AirMesh Polyester Banners are made form a game changing PVC free material which is a highly durable perforated textile fabric designed for a wide range of outdoor applications, even in the most challenging conditions where other materials might fail. Its unique versatility makes it an excellent alternative to traditional PVC mesh materials. AirMesh is made from 100% polyester and offers exceptional airflow, making it ideal for windy environments. At just 150gsm, it is lightweight yet incredibly strong, with vibrant, high-resolution images achieved through dye-sublimation printing. This advanced printing process uses special inks and a post-print heating process to fix the ink into the fabric, ensuring vibrant colours that are both scuff-resistant and washable. The material is DIN 4102-1-B1 fire-rated for safety, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Standard finishing is included at no extra charge, with triple-folded 35mm hems (creating four layers of material) for added strength. Fully colour-coded hems are also available, requiring a 135mm bleed in the artwork. Plastic eyelets are used for durability, and the banners feature an impressive show-through of around 75%, making designs visible from both sides. With a roll width of 3100-3200mm and a maximum finished graphic width of approximately 2900mm (depending on the chosen finish), AirMesh is easy to transport, delivered folded in bags or boxes rather than long tubes. This material is perfect for a variety of applications, offering a lightweight, washable, and weather-resistant solution with vibrant, long-lasting prints.
